Coffe Dahl — Refunds, returns & right of withdrawal (angrerett)

If you buy as a consumer in Norway or the European Union, you have a statutory right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order (Norwegian angrerett / EU right of withdrawal). You do not need to give a reason.

Print-on-demand does not remove this right for standard edition prints that are not made to your personal specifications. We do not operate a blanket “no returns because POD” policy for Norway/EU consumers.

14-day free returns (Norway & EU)

  • Return window: 14 days from delivery of the last item in the order.
  • If day 14 falls on a weekend or public holiday, the window extends to the next business day.
  • Free returns: for Norway and EU consumers we cover reasonable return shipping when you follow the return instructions we send you.
  • You may use the model withdrawal form below, or any clear statement (email is fine).

How to withdraw / return

  1. Email coffedahl@hotmail.com within the return window with your order number and “I withdraw from the purchase” (or attach the form below).
  2. We confirm and send prepaid return instructions where applicable.
  3. Pack the print carefully (original packaging if possible).
  4. We refund the purchase price to your original payment method without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the goods back (or earlier proof of return where the law requires).

Condition of goods

Handle the print only as needed to inspect it. You may be charged for diminished value from handling beyond that.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal may not apply to goods made to your personal specifications or clearly personalised, or other exceptions in applicable law. We will not claim a POD exemption for ordinary edition prints.
